What does a life coach do?

A life coach is separate from your personal life and can look at your ideas and goals objectively. We help you identify your goals. Sometimes this is the hardest part of the process. Life coaches can assist with life transitions, such as finding a new career, starting a new relationship, or even building the courage to open that new business! The life coach helps you develop methods & tactics that will help you make the right decision for yourself & the future. Eventually, you will start creating a problem-solving mindset.

Difference between a life coach & therapist?

There is a difference between a life coach and a therapist. Life coaches DO NOT treat issues such as depression, anxiety, or mental illnesses. If for any reason, a life coach cannot help you, and your problems are beyond the realm of the life coach. A therapist enables you to identify and address issues hindering your day-to-day life, while a life coach focuses on solutions. Ultimately life coaching allows you to maximize your potential in any area.
